Born and raised on the West Coast, Mila bought her first home in 2017 and quickly fell in love with the process of renovation and construction. What began as a personal project sparked a lifelong passion—and when she met her husband and co-founder, Roman, it became clear this was their calling. Together, they’re building more than just homes; they’re creating a business rooted in care, craftsmanship, and community.

As a mom of four, Mila thrives in the rhythm of California life—hiking, exploring the coast, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. She believes in living with purpose and bringing that same intentionality into every project she touches.

Clients often describe Mila as warm, grounded, and detail-oriented. She has a natural ability to listen deeply, communicate clearly, and ensure that each home reflects the people who live in it. Whether she’s walking a job site, picking materials, or planning the next big idea, she leads with heart and vision.
